Tallahassee Springtime Helicopter Clinic

This clinic is designed to provide assistance and encouragement to pilots of radio controlled helicopters that may have an interest in competition.  Technical assistance with all aspects of helicopter and radio setup will be available from some of the hobby’s top contest pilots.

The schedule of maneuvers for FAI and AMA Classes I, II, and III will be demonstrated.  Pilots will have an opportunity to fly the maneuvers and have them critiqued by experienced contest pilots. There will also be demonstrations (flying and static display) of scale model helicopters

If you have an interest in competition, need assistance with setting up your model or radio for either Sport Flying or Competition, or just want to have some FUN, come join members of Tallahassee’s Seminole Radio Control Club for this event.

The field will be open to flying on Friday afternoon for early arrivals.  Overnight parking is permitted at the field.  However, hookups are NOT available.

A landing fee of $20 will be charged at registration and only those pilots who fly will be required to show proof of AMA membership.
